Electrical Issue

Yes. I have two fresh batteries to run tests with. Tonight I started out with cleaning all the connectors. Disconnecting them and cleaning and lubing them. I took the front headlight fairing off, the tail light fairing off, disconnected all the pin conns and cleaned and lubed them. I noticed a good amount of water pouring out of the engine cutoff/start subharness while I disconnected it on the left side of the front of the bike under the fairing. I have the batteries on a trickle charger. I'll be doing more work tomoro night. One question I have to you Hurricane junkies. I have a weak spark, if the spark unit, ignition module, is shot, would I have a spark at all?? Knowing circuits I am guessing that this unit may be faulty and I may still have a weak spark. My question really is: Is there a chance that the weak spark is caused by a faulty ignition module? thx. peace!

More likely to be coils giving trouble - usually when the Ignition module goes, it dies completely, there's no half-way point. It works, or it doesn't.

So there is no halfway point with the ignition unit, either it works or it doesn't. Both coils are brand new, so, I am still looking for the wire short ghost!!! Tomorrow I am taking a utility knife to the tape around the harness!!!! Wish me luck!!!!! I'll find the sucker sooner or later!!!! Hopefuly sooner than later!!!! LOL!!! :-)
Thanks everyone!!!
