So I have started stripping the bike down to check how everything is - it seemed to be leaking coolant out of the far left secondary injection port? For those who don't have them it's a port far left above the exhaust manifold. Also, I was seeing a fair bit of white smoke. The bike was acting funny 2 days after I brought it (firing on 2 cylinders it seemed). I think that my R/R is bad as the wires from it are shorted - also, would these symptoms be characteristic of a bad HG on these bikes? Thanks - this is my first bike so I am still working my way around the system. John.

 

Sounds like a head gasket.
