Good for you. You don't need the kevlar plates, the stock type was only 66 USD. If a bike can run alsmost a lifetime on stock plates they should be fine for most users.

meh, if I'm going to be working the bike doing wheelies and stuff.. I might as well only do this job once


I was just thinking about the CCT as well.. maybe I'll look at an old one sometime and machine a new one at work.. would be intersting
