Check the parts fich on www.mrcycles.com
If the part numbers are the same, you'll be good to go.
I suspect the earlier Mk1's are different.

That was a great read in the saloon Steve , but mate .....om still in shock that the dam thing broke at all ...!!!!
as to your question ....
+1 yep ...the 90 onwards are the same ..... 87's are different though ...

Center stand
Hi. There`s a guy in Sittingbourne Kent breaking a 91 model on ebay item no 220546446654. His name is Tom. He is the guy that I bought the entire rear end from +this week I bought the front wheel and fender from him. Try him he may still have the stand. And his prices are very good. Hope this help`s.

Hawk, do you think it broke due to all the salt they put out? I know you wash your bike when you get home, but some of the crap always gets in where you can't get to it. Had a mark 4 Cortina once...almost rusted into two pieces .
What does it look like at the break? It'd be nice to know it wasn't a dodgy weld or something...can't be though..it's a Honda!
