Its really bugigng me now i've got the spring off and the split pin but it still wont budge it ooks like i must have to cut it off but surely that aint right???

I did use the search but i cant find anything about it.

 

Once the spring is off there is one small bolt that is still holding it on.

hmmm i got everything undone then its just number 5 wont hammer threw .... time to try and find the sledge hammer lol

 

sledgehammer and a rod wont even knock it threw its not even moving slightly and it cant be rusted / seized that bad so its gotta have been welded in or something but theres no sign of anyone having done that.

 

It might be obvious but did you remember to remove item 15 the split pin. When i took mine off the bar came out with a small tap.

 

You think that's hard, wait till you try & put the spring back on!
