Digging back into ye olde carb sync thread with StrayCats great farkles write up !

Has any member run longer remote access vacuum ports for syncing the MK3 ?

If so how'd ya do it and where'd ya locate the longer hoses ? any pics ?

MK3's vacuum ports are a pain in the neck to get at under the carbs on the head !

Good idea Sprock, I still haven't bitten the bullet for a set of gauges yet as the job looks like too much of a pita.

I just bought a Morgan Carbtune Pro. I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Looking forward to doing the carbs on both bikes.

I added hoses and caps to my ports then zip-tied them to keep 'em tidy.
Figured that doing it with the first sync would make the following ones
a whole lot easier. Added color-coded tape to the ends, so they would
be easy to identify, as well.

On my 94 the carb sync nipples are on the intake, or maybe im thinkin of somthin else. I really do need a carb sync. Been running on a bench sync for over a year now. Runs fine, but you can fell it surge when steady throttle below 4k. Not too bad, kinda used to it now.
