Can I raise these bars?
I like the look of those telefix profi bars on pacojoseph's bike and might put a set of them on my shopping list soon.
I just got a new Husqvarna 42" cut 20hp .... 2 can holders!! and it's an automatic !!!
Grass is fun now!!! , as Pete would say !!!....LOL

Nice rig, tho. I just sprang an oil leak on mine. Looks like may be the head, but I haven't pulled it apart yet. Kept topping the oil off to get the yard done. You gotta love the sound of a splash motor low on oil. lol..
I'm gonna blow it up next weekend for sure.

I have a 16hp twin waiting to go in, tho. Gotta measure it up and slap it in. Fun fun.
A few Pic's per Daves request
Unmounted though
You can see how long the bars themselves are !
Closeup shot ..... quality not too bad ...not perfect bad not bad either

they can be playing for the other team .....Gday .....Gwendolin and all that
But yeah these bars should be A okay

Thanks for the pics Mark. There's a heap of rise on those...should be real comfy. Do they have locating lugs and, if so, do they line up ok?
drilled in ! .......had to do same with other ones I put on the 1990 ....easy
task ........just the drinking comes after the drilling
for obvious reasons ie. a little Sunday morning shakes if you try one before the other ain't such
a smart idea
lol Trying to decide weather to leave 'em long or shorten in to stock length
Think I'll try 'em long to start as you can't lengthen a short bar ...........
well in most cases that is
locating lugs : you mean the dimples for the controls .....nope have to be

No mate, I mean the ones off the bottom of the cast clamps that go on the tubes. The ones on my vfr bars don't line up so I just made the bolts very tight. I didn't cut 'em off so I can sell the bars easier later.
