Any auto repair supplier sells "JB Weld" and "JB Quick". The quick sets up 5 minutes.

Lucky for me I wasn't in a bind to have to use jbweld or liquid steel(but good to know). but I am sad i cant ride for a week until the part gets here what a bunch of buttheads not stocking a 14 year old part.

Next time look on e-Bay - I bought a complete filler unit with thermostat temp sender and hoses with the 3 way unit for $10

I thought about going to a local shop that carries all sorts of random parts but I thought it would be better to go with a new part in this case because it seems like a fairly common problem. I would rather pay the little extra for piece of mind. I would be monumentally pissed if i got it back together and a little down the road the used part blows out.
