Advice Needed. CBR1000F Shutting out at 6000 rpm
Engineers think in absolutes - it fits or it doesn't. For the rest of us there's fibreglass and Bondo
I don't think my bike has those at all but runs fine !

Nice Kevin, but I just do civil engineering. No magician with engines or anything like that (for that stuff refer to brother kiwiJK who is the Mechanical Engineer).
An ability to drive Autocad thou', is quite a useful thing in many fields. Many of us at work use it just for landscape design at our own homes.
Why not? if you have access to it, why not use it?

He guys, sorry for being so quiet. Again a big thanks to all the helpful advice. Just got back from the always awesome Poison Rally. We have somewhat figured one or two things out, but not quite solved the problem yet. Its not CDI, and its not Pick Ups, as we replaced both of those and no difference. What we have since figured out, is that if you rev it up nice and slowly, and smoothly, its goes all the way through. As soon as you try to whack it up, it hits a higher 8000rpm now, then bogs down again. Will have a look at the "h" shaped piece you guys mentioned. Until then, what do you guys think, with this new info now.

Put the spacers in the air intake elbows first and report back make sure the air filter
is nice and healthy - shadow has a good point on the in tank screen and also check
the vacuum line to the petcock if the ends are old and widened sometimes they loose
vacuum - sometimes the petcock diaphragm is on the way out too.

You still haven't answered my query - does the bike only bog down "under load" or does it also do it in neutral if you "whack it" ???
You may as Sprock says have a vacuum diaphragm problem but I'd look at the tank breather -(AND THE FILTER) it may be blocked just enough to cause the partial "bog down"
I speak from experience - mine did it for no reason, just out of the blue one day - when I opened the tank it went "whoosh" and ran perfectly. I went home and investigated and found the tank breather was blocked.

Yeah Shadow, it does it when in neutral aswell. But as I mentioned in my previous post, if you gently rev it up, it revs clean through. We have had the whole petrol tap out, stripped and cleaned out. Aswell as trying it with the tank open at the top. Done some testing yesterday on the alternator, its charging at a higher voltage than it should. Could this perhaps be the problem. If so how?
