94 cbr 1000f. just picked her up
got it for 1000 bucks. stretch 6" frount dropped 2" might be selling front and side fairings. having trouble with it starting. spray a lil gas in the intake and fires right up. then doesnt have a problem after that. any info?

Since she had had a few mods for dragging ,...to really have any idea of what it could be , we really need a little more info mate ..
Has she had any carby mods done that you know of ? jets?
Is all the intake still std ? air box still in as normal ect ?
What pipe is on her ?
How are you trying to start her ?
( full choke with no! throttle works best on std engines... )
without seeing her , the choke prolly is the first thing to check though
These old girls do like to be choked to death when cold ...

dam. i wrote a bunch and it didnt post. hahaha grrr
anyways... no motor or car mods as far as i know. pipes are chopped down to one baffel and the ends are back on.. look like lil baby exhaust. but sound sweet. i spray a lil gas mist in the intake. with the choke down and no throttle. fires right up. spray alil more and she is fine. then after a lil warm up i run the choke up. if i rev it up to early its sucks air and wants to stall. battrie is crappy so that doesnt help. ima take the tank off tomorrow and check it out.
also it seem like a ling way to pull when going from first o second.. can i ajust that?
