Yep.. rocker cover, valve cover, tappet cover, etc. All the same. ![Smile](https://cbrforum.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
And no, you don't need to buy a new gasket. I've had mine off and on several times.
And even if it gets worn out enough to weep oil a bit, many times you can put a very light coat of rtv sealant on it and fix it up.
On a sidenote, be careful when you're tightening down the valve cover bolts. They can break very easily. (I've broken 2 of them trying to torque them to spec)
