They all have the chain issue - it's an easy fix - fit the new camchain tensioner and a new DID camchain - takes about 4 hours or so, damn sight easier than an engine swap.
There's a how to on the Forum with pictures, so don't despair !!
Plenty of us have done it including me.
I wouldn't even think of doing an engine removal without major tools and help.
