All:

My 87 Hurricane is running strong, but the chains be rattling on the inside. I know that lots of folks say it will be find for awhile, but i am trying to plan ahead.

Am I better off rebuilding the 87 motor, or is there another year (without the chain issues) that will swap into this frame easily? I am thinking of finding either a spare 87 motor or (or other based on this thread) and start bench rebuilding now.

Any help would be appreciated!
