Default 1994 cbr 1000f poor spark

Hey guys, I need your help, I just bought my cbr, the first thing a did was to take out the carbs and clean it all good, put brand new spark plugs, got it the K&N filter put new gas and started on, its struggled a bit, but it seemed to not burning all the gas, so I tooked out the carbs again, adjust, clean the spark plugs, and repeat, it did it again. So I repeated the process hopping for succes, but i did not make it.
I realized I didn't check the spark, and the result of it, so once i checked that the old fashion way just to watching the spark plug in contact with the engine block. It seemed poor, so hopefully you guys can help me figuring out why the spark plug is poor, any perception on what could be wrong is welcome, thanks for advance!!

You need to do the stick coil upgrade you do!!

Ask any questions needed, but short of replacing all the coils/leads etc with other old coils leads etc, it is the best upgrade your bike can have for spark.

Cheers, SB
