Do you run the stock 4-2 headers or is that a 4-1 on her ? its a bit hard to actually tell from your little sigi pic ...?
A new 4-2 system is pretty expensive , if you can find one ..
If you are going back to 4-2 ...personally I would try to grab a used header set from wreckers or Ebay perhaps and throw a set of new cans on ...
The stock exhausts have not changed much if at all for near all the model 1000F's ...
Vance Hines seems popular around here for cans ...
Yoshi make some real nice black cans ..
run a search on "exhausts" on the main 1000F forum and you will find quite a few threads on this subject ..

Here is the header Link. You then can keep searching Flebay to find the left and right cans. Or you can buy them brand new Here_Std_Fit/ It is your choice.

Yer ...$99 bucks for chrome headers ... wow , that's dam good ...!!
The chrome cans they have aren't too bad either ...
I saw a set of genuine stock pipes for what was about the 700+ AUD
You would have to have only 3/4 of a sandwich sitting on yu shoulders to buy them as apposed to the Delkevic....

Most spares from 1989 fk to 1996, will fit your 1990 1000f Where as non of them will fit my 1988 fj Your`s should be the fl or if its late 1990 or early 1991 the fm. Hope this helps. Regards Steve.
