Default VFR750 Helibars for my Hurricane :)

Hi Guys,
Just bought some vfr750 helibars off ebay as i wanted to try vfr750 or vfr800 clip ons and i noticed some second hand helibars. I decided to use the old snipe and got them for £20 + £7 postage (about $40 total). I think that must be a bargain for helibars
Here's the pic off ebay and i'll post pics of them before and after fitting at a later date when we get the weather to fit them

Hi Guys,
Fitted the VFR helibars today and took pics of them. I believe mine already had standard VFR 750 bars on so i've took a pic of Gra's bike with standard hurricane bars, and mine with the VFR helibars as a comparison. The picture of the bars on the table are my old vfr bars compared to the vfr helibars. Hope you understood that, lol.

Gra's V Mine

VFR(I think) V Heli VFR

Ha ha, I'll help him fix anything on his bikes, but not a chance of me playing with shelving. If my girlfriend ever found out i could put shelves up i'd never get anything important (to me) done

How do you like them? Did they fit and work properly (ie" full bar sweep w. no cable or brake line issues etc.)? Inquiring minds want to know!

Great score by the way...you're a Professional Sniper!

I love them They went straight on and you can choose your bar position as they don't sit just in one place like the originals. I just turned the bars on full lock one way and pulled them round till they nearly trapped my thumb, and then the same the other way. They don't foul anything at all. They're a fair bit higher as you can see on the pics so they make a real difference to comfort. I had no issues with cables at all and mine are all original as far as i can tell (no braided lines etc). The only thing i had to change was the end weight bolts and then add a small washer between the bolt and weight as the throttle was slightly wider than it's original position and would have stuck a bit on the end weight. I could have altered the holes in the bars where the switchgear pins go into but it was easier to add a washer at the end
Great comfort and lots of leverage, so that would be a 10/10 in my opinion.
