Hi Guys and Girls,
I'm new to the site and i've tried to read everything i can about fitting VFR bars to a CBR1000F but i couldn't find anything that actually compared the height of VFR750 bars with VFR800 bars. I'm not too worried that the 800 bars look a bit nicer, i'd just like to know if they give me better height that the 750's?

If anyone knows, i'd appreciate the information before i buy a set to make my CBR comfier

I know you're past this already, but just for any other folks who come along. I don't _think_ that VFR800 bars are 41mm, so they wouldn't fit. Definitely confirm this with someone, but that's what I remember anyway. You can confirm this by looking up fork seal replacement info on the different bikes...those specs will include the fork tube diameter.

 

VFR800 bars are 41mm Pre VTEC, the same as VFR750 but VTEC's don't fit as they're bigger. I didn't need to look it up as i already knew Think i probably got the info off this site though before i bought them. Hopefully that clears up the confusion if anyone else looks.
