below are statements from the site and my personal opinions. ive never seen, used, or know anyone who has used them so like i said, this is only my opinions

- Provent to sustain impacts from stones up to 1 inch in diameter at speeds exceeding 120 M.P.H (1 inch rock at 120 could kill you, but it won't crack your headlight with this thin plastic film? yeah right!)

- Will NOT crack, yellow, shrink or peel (no but it will eventually melt onto your headlight)

- Removable if necessary (read opinion above)

- Smoke, Blue & Yellow films are for offroad or show use only. (so yes don, these are illegal. all but the clear)

so what do i think of them? crap. and a little expensive at $35, but the prices may be different for different bikes. the 929 has a mile-wide headlight.

Like I said... I've seen the question asked. Will I order for my bike, hell no. I'm with you on this one 929, and the bit about being illegal was sarcasm... didn't come across that way in text.

most of the stuff in this category is quite legit, and definitely not 'clingfilm'. 3M makes several films for various applications -- the stuff can be actually quite thick and semi-permanent. most of the high-end car dealers (mercedes, porsche) already offer this application on the entire front-end of their cars -- you just haven't noticed it because it is literally invisible once it's applied. i would definitely say the product is all it's cracked up to be -- where it falls short is usually due to a bad installation.
