I ordered a set of Greggs from McCoy Motorsports on October 20. They were on backorder, so on November 20 I canceled the order.

I have yet to see the amount refunded to my credit card. I have emailed them numerous times, and to 2 different email addresses. They have not responded. I called them last week and they said they issued the credit the day I canceled.

I will call them again tomorrow, but I'm concerned. I'll keep you posted, hopefully it was just an oversight.

 

Contact your credit card company to dispute the charges. Explain the situation to them, i'm sure the C.C. company will remove the charge if the company won't.

Working with my bank, but still haven't seen the refund. McCoy maintains they issued the credit Nov 16th.

 

The refund came through on 12/05/2005... McCoy said they canceled the original credit and then reissued it.

Case closed.

 

glad to hear that but dont u just hate it when u have to spend so my time to right a wrong that wasnt your fault?
