well they are technically clip ons, not handle bars.
few questions, why do you want to raise the bars?
they sell clip ons that will have like a half inch to an inch rise to them, the hardest part would be finding ones that are the right diameter for your fork tubes.
if your looking to commute, and want a more comfortable bike, the f4i is probably a better option. you should easily be able to trade your RR for an f4i.
