i have a 97 900rr

the gearbox i guess is screwed. goes to a false nuetral ect until i tap it down and never pops out of the gears, is there any upgrades for this problem

Your post doesn't have much detail in it. also try the 900rr section, and you might want to introduce yourself first

I am using one of these, and it makes for more positive and better feeling shifts. If your forks or drum are already screwed though, you might need a rebuild. You can try this though, it worked for me.

Send both shafts to R&D transmissions in Clearwater, FL and ask for their turbo/nitrous cut. In addition to doing top notch job of undercutting the dogs/windows, they magnuflux for cracks and shim tranny back to factory condition. They are a lil pricey but your transmission will shift better than new and will last. I had one in my 900RR from 02 until last year and it still looked brand new (nothing but dragracing with air shifter). They really know their stuff!
