Default F4i shock swap......anyone tried?

I was wondering if anyone had experimented witha shock from an F4i. It is longer which doesn't bother me. I want to know how the spring rate compares. I have one at the shop and I will try it unless anyone has had a bad experience. I plan to rais the forks in the clamp to level it out. I could use some more clearance in the gravel anyway.

What type of bike are you looking to put it on. The F4'sand F4i's are about 375lbs dry, so you can let that be a guage, but as far as actual spring rate, dunno? sorry, just thought the stats might help.

I am running an F4i rear shock on my F2, the rate is a little soft, I weigh 205lbs, but for street use it is fine. If I were running at the track I might go for a slightly stiffer rate but I would be comfortable doing a track day with it as it is. Consequently, the slightrake decrease in addition to the increased front weight bias really woke up my F2's turn in.
