Default F3 to F4i gauge change

I'm doing a couple mods to my 98 600f3 and I'm wanting to change my F3 gauge cluster to an F4i gauge cluster, but before I do I'd like to get some input from others who have done this already. My main concerns are how hard is it and does the F4i cluster read accurately on an F3. If its not super hard then I'll do it, but at that point I would greatly appreciate some instructions or help from anyone who is willing to give it. I just finished adding a 2 port USB charger plug on it and I'm about to swap that out to a 4 port in a bit (O.o). I'm also putting the trunk kit and a cig lighter outlet on her ((o.O)) And tomorrow when I get my new aftermarket front light bucket Ima put that on. I'm also open to any other kewl off the wall mods that anyone has an idea for. I'll be taking picture tomorrow and adding them so GIMME IDEAS AND HELP PLEASE. (((O.O)))

Go in the f3 section and type in the search field "f4i" and you will see the swap. In order for it to work or be dead on with the speedo you will need stock sprockets which is 15t/43t the only hard part is wiring it up and making a gauge bezel for it. But nothing a little searching can't fix.

The wiring isnt hard at all. I just finished wiring it all up last week and it was really easy, just time consuming.

Writeup from cbrworld that I followed.
