i can't decide between the 2, if i go with velocity stacks, i'll be buying a filter and power commander also. the rims i want say they add 2-3 hp, very light. just looking to go alittle bit faster. thanks guys

Rims will not add horsepower. They may lighten the load that the engine has to work against, but that is about it. If you are looking to add power, then I would go the other route. Rims may get lighter and may look better, but will not improve the HP. Good luck with your decision.

Go with the rims. The stacks/filter don;t make the bike corner or brake any better, and the rims will help your acceleration ALL THROUGH the rev range, not just 10,000+

Besides, no one is going to looks at your bike and say "Nice looking air filter! Is that stock?"
