Default Velocity Stacks

Are they worth it? I have never seen anybody run them on a 600RR also would they need to be tuned with a PC or could they just be dropped right in? thanks

they work very well, but will need to be dyno tuned...otherwise your bike will run like crap.

You do know you can do the same thing to your stock V-Stacks, right?

I did it (hence the 'Short-Stack RR' in my sig). Total cost? 13 bucks. get an extra set of Velocity Stacks from Ron Ayers take the ones that are in your machine out, and cut them all in half so you have separate stacks. Toss the taller ones in the trash and reinstall the shorter ones.

bam, instant Factory Pro V-Stacks for 10 times less money.

Also, my bike is 100% stock with no tuning and it runs just fine. tune it though to get the full effect.
