Every single track requires different gearing if you want to get technical. If you want a round about figure, stock is probably fine. You wont know until you actually go to a track. See how it feels. If it feels like your'e constantly too low in the R's, either drop a gear of if you cant, swap gearing say......-1+2 and see how that is. If you're over reving, simply go up a gear. You can mostly ride around gearing just by either dropping a gear or going up a gear if need be. Unless you're Duhamel, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
