Default 600RR Front End Mod, etc.. Track Day setup..

I have a 2003 600RR we are turning in to a track bike. We are taking the front end off and putting a 2005 600RR front end on. This is what I have so far. If you have done this before let me know if I may be forgetting something..

Forks 2005
Lower Tripel 2005
Uper Trippel 2005
Clip on's 50mm Clip on's
Calipers Front Calipers
2005 Front Rim plus Spacers

Now 2003 roters will work on the 2005 rim right? I was not sure about switching out the rim but I went ahead with it just incase if not needed then I can return it.

Already have new 520 chanin, Vortex Black Sprocket 520 conv.

Some things I am looking for so if any one knows of any one selling these peaces please let me know ASAP.

Power Commander for 600RR 2003
Race Plastics painted or Stock but no cheap stuff that will just fall apart please.
Rearsets adjustibale I have Vortex on it now but they are bent so going to replace those. Looking for Black if someone has a really good set.

This is a basic bike so anything I may have missed in my setup please let me know..

Thanks

First Track Bike setup for my self so doing it from ground up. I do own a shop so if you see something I might be missing or would be a good idea please let me know, just trying to get it setup and solid..

Just curious, why are you putting an 05 front suspension on it? Looks like you go everything, except 05/06 brake lines.

Yes, the 03/04 wheels and rotors will work no problem.

Switch the rear sets over to woodcraft, they are non-adjustable, but much stronger (they can be painted black).

Also if you don't have one, get a woodcraft RH case gaurd, it's worth it's weight in gold if you go down on the right side.

+1 on the left and right case guards.

Radial Brakes on the Second Generation RR forks

when you get those forks, make sure you get them set up with the right springs as well as the preload and bound and rebound damping. you might want to consider a better rear damper too. consider your need for a steering damper well. expensive to buy, but it's a little better than the alternative... you might need race plastics though. check your organization rules for the slow and intermediate group regs.
