Are these mounting brackets required for these lights?

I have read that the Rizoma's are top of the line (or tied with like 2 others)... I need to know if i need to order both the lights and the brackets or just the lights? Also, how difficult are these to install? 30 minutes in time for all 4? Thanks in advance!

if you are looking for top of the line, then dont halfassit pay the couple of dollars it takes to make it right

 

Well i guess my real question is would you recommend me getting them? I don't wanna half *** it whatsoever. I just want to make sure that these parts are necessary for the install.

okay, when you order they send you 4 of them in the pack (according to the site) so if i need them for 2, then ill have them for 4. (:
