Default powercommander question

just wondering, i just installed a full jardine system, want to know if i have to install a power commander or not? i see they have a mapping for my exact setup. how much will i gain if i do, will it be a noticeable amount or not enough to say so. i ran the slip on for a while didn't really see a change, but when i installed the header, between 5200-5500 you really get a kick in the pants, Oh yeah the bike is an 06 600RR, THANKS.

you'll want a PC for optimum performance with a full system

Definitly get a PC if you are getting a full system.

If you don't not only will you not get full power from the system, you will run your bike lean. This COULD cause engine damage, but most certainly will cause extra wear.

If it's a cash issue, get the Power Commander first because it alone will have a noticeable effect on your throttle response and smooth the power delivery.

i agree with blackdog. a power commander should be a first for any performance bike. definately will clean up the torque curve and response. it is a must for a full system for sure.

its not really a hp adding mod but definetly smooths things out with the right map

if it adds hp in the process then thats an added benefit
