I traded my corbin off for the stock 1000 seat and dont regret it. I do ride aggressively though.

 

i bought a corbin seat off someone on ebay for like 75 bucks for the front and the rear... i found them to be extremely comfortable, but i would never pay the real price for them. i just happened to luck out finding one on ebay. keep your eyes open for deals

 

Agreed. I'd probably never pay full price. However any mod for motorcycles is relatively cheap in comparison to the car world, which I'm coming from. New seats for a car run 1200$ for remotely comfortable.

 

I looked a waited for a used one to come available. Never happened so I bought mine this year from Corbin. Ar first it was really stiff which they said it would. It seems to be breaking in just fine and over all very happy with it. I had back surgery 4 years ago so the added support is fantastic

 

Interesting u shud say yor butt was sore after 1000 but mine was after 500 km ride. That was my first big ride . Friend of mine with CBR600 03' says his CORBIN is much better than stock. I have not ridden his bike to actually say different .
