HID lo/hi. hands down. Sizing you can find by asking the dude at the counter where you $ the HID kits. I cant remember to be honest. Best investment you will ever make. I think Fox did a how to on the upgrade. Pretty simple, newer versions of the ballast/igniter kits are small enough. I did mine in about 1 hr. Not including plastics removal...ugg...I dont like that part at all.....

I have AR Ballast HID for the low beam. I purchased the bike with the HID in it. It's not flickering like crazy. It's caused by the wire that connects the HID to the ballast. Any idea how I disconnect the wire or does anyone know how to contact the company?

Hi Yelly,

Recently, the bulb blew out on my 2000 F4. I checked the local Honda dealer for a fact replacement. It was rediculously priced. Too, the headlight always seemed yellow-ish light instead of a brighter white. As I often ride at night, I wanted something whiter.

Being economical but wanting something that would still do the job in better way, I went w/ a *CandlePower* bulb. I got the Premium Plus Halogen H4. Its a great value & significantly increases visability.

Good luck.
