I put on some LED turn signals and started to buy load equalizers but I decided I like the fast blink rate. However, only the right side and left side rear is working now. The left side front does not come on at all. Is this a normal equalizer problem for only one side to work or is there something wrong with the signal?

 

That doesn't sound like a load issue to me. To be sure you could switch the fronts side to side and see if the problem is still there. When I went to mini stalks the loads changed, the blinkers go faster, but all four still worked fine.
