Default Juice Box Pro...Need Help!

Hey folks I need some help/advice with my juice box pro I bought for my 2008 cbr 600rr, I installed and setup the proper map for my setup and that being an aftermarket hi flow air intake and slip on aftermarket exhaust. I seem to be getting a "flat spot" (throttle leveling out for a second or two) between about 9000 and 10000 rpm, I've inscreased all of my throttle values by 5% at 60, 80, and 100 throttle position from 8500 rpm and 10000 rpm, and it doesn't "seem" to be helping....if it is....it's very negligable. Can any recommend what I could do to try and help this issue? Also is this going to "hurt" my bike in anyway?

Thanks,

Andrew.

Tell me about this "Juice Box"....do you mean a power commander? if so...the generic maps that come with those things suck or at least they used to i always went to the dyno for a custom map. I tried one of the maps for a set up i had for my Kawi and it only ran good 8000rpm on.....below that....it smoked and backfired lol...but after a dyno session ran great.
