Default Inverted Forks on an F4I?

Ok I have an 03 f4i and i like the new 05 inverted front forks. It looks as if the triple trees would mount up and thus making it possible to mount the rr front end on. but i have heard the steering stem might be a different size so that could cause some issue. Anyone else heard about someone doing this if has anyone done it?

I don't know myself but have you ever think about using 929/954 forks?

are they inverted? if yes then no i have not thought about it but as long as the forks are inverted i could care less if it was from a bigger bike.

anyone else?

the 929/954 forks bolt directly on. you need to have the wheel and clipons though. Watch out if you use 929 though because you'll need a new spring. The stock rate is a progressive .71/mm i think which is way too low. i've been doing research on this too. have you heard anything about the bike handling better after the mod? like from someone that can push the bike pretty ****ing hard and not just a flat spot rider who goes in straight lines.
