Default two brothers??

I layed my bike down and it scuffed up my yoshi pipe and pressed it in a lil. i wanted to get a full exhaust but didn't know if the gains were worth it. i like the way the yoshi can looks but i know looks arent everything. i see a lot of people use two brothers exhausts for their f4i's. is any one brand better than the rest? and is it worth it to get a full exhaust without a chip?

thanks.

2 bros is alot louder than than the yosh at least from what ive seen. and it all depends on what you want more. more hp or louder or what looks better just do some google searching and that should answer all the questions you have.

I have a 2 Bro's slip on-on my F4 and I love the way it sounds. Nice and deep. Not sure how much power it will give you, but the sound will be killer.

A full exhaust won't help you at all w/o a power commander. You would waste money on a full exhaust w/o a commander because you won't be using the exhaust to it's full potential.

Unless you're really serious about getting every little ounce of power out of your bike, I wouldn't waste time or money on a full system. Unless you're the type that likes to brag that you have a full system with a PC3 dyno tuned etc.

he asked about power gains, not sound. buying an exhaust for sound is squidly and a waste of money

what year do you have
if it is an 05/06 you can get a full titanium hamaguchi from ridersinc.com for 900 bucks.
then get it custom tuned with a power commander for big gains.

yosh fulls dont give much more hp than yosh slip ons. at least that is what the yosh rep told the owner of www.hooliganbiketech.net

Slip totally had the right idea... I ride an 07 6RR with a yosh slip on. It was that loud at first, but put 2000 miles and let all the packing blow out of it, now you can hear it for miles. Im not sure which year model you have, but the newer bikes are tweaked to high hell from the factory. Unless your on the track, going with a full system, PC3, intake, etc will not really give you sustainable gains that you can really enjoy on the street. It will in fact be faster above 10k on the tach, but how often are you there long enought to make 2000 in mods worth it? If you really wanna romp, sell it and get a leter bike, if not just enjoy the nimbleness of your six and know that you can take the big boys in the corners... Ps the two brothers sounds like crap, sounds squiddy, but you have to listen to it when you ride it, is it really worth 3 horsepower?

i have a better idea, why dont you hit the magic search button and look for the dyno charts yourself.
but i will give you a place to start
now given most people who ride a 600 doesnt give a crap about power so they dont ever get their bike mapped but lets look at other bikes where getting the most hp out of it is the name of the game.

on 1000rr.net the average with a full yosh after mapping is 5hp
with an arata or hamaguchi you can expect 10 before the custom map
on 600rr.net the 07s are gaining 5-6 with the good brands like akro and leo,
others are only getting 1-2
