Take it to trial.

If an officer is writing BS tickets you need to bring it before the judge. When enough of his BS tickets get thrown out he loses his credibility and more tickets will get voided.

READ YOUR STATES VEHICLE CODE. If you are righteous, then don't argue take the ticket and go to court.

After you win in court file a complaint against the officer. It will have more weight if the ticket is thrown out.

 

i think he stated a FIX IT TICKET...put the stock one on get it inspected and put the CW kit back on...that's what i did...alotta hassle but i ain't riding wit that bulky ***...

cksean i have the same problem i was going out for a ride at night and my light started flickering an di know that i'd get a ticket all my buddies have the same problem either their light goes out or it starts acting up i think its just a deffect i have tape over mine right now till i know wat im gonna do about it

theres no way you can get a ticket for this. as long as there is a light on the plate itself like they make at www.fendereliminators.net its legal. from what you're saying then basically its illegal to ride a brand new purchased bike untill you get a license plate. The only law in California is that there has to be a light on the plate.

my plate is right by my rear spring. AND ITS STILL LEGAL, NUB.
