Hey I'm looking at some fender eliminators for my '06 F4i and came across a few, such as competition werkes and shock racing. How hard are these things to install and is any drilling or modification required?

Also, could someone please tell me why http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/honda...QQcmdZViewItem is so cheap compared to the others? And where is the license plate light on that one?
