PB Blaster........Try not to get it on the bike though. OR you can just cut them off.

I changed mine out on my 98 f3 with red ones like yours and the compressed air is the easiest way

+1 for the compressed air method, and what i did to get the old ones off was the same thing you do to put the new ones on, just shoot some air underneath the grip and pull it off at the same time. as for putting the new ones on there, i didnt use any glue or anything like that just shot some air underneath and pushed it on, then squeezed it to get the air out and they havent moved since. anyways theres my .02 cents, take it or leave it

oh just to add i have the same grips just in silver/black, good stuff
