gauge reset?

Default gauge reset?

does any one know how to reset the miles on the insturment panel . i rebuilt the motor and would like to reset the gauges so if i try to sell it people dont think it has 20000 mi on it thanks

i don't think you can do it yourself....but if you send it to www.bluegauges.com .....i know they can reset the instrument cluster....

You cannot do it. A dealer is the only one who has the ability and usually they dont do it.

D2D...that's not true...bluegauges can in fact adjust mileage on an F4i gauge cluster...if you send it in...here's the link...

thanks for the link but you haft to convince them to reset the gauges and they said they wont do it just for a motor rebuild,because they say the miles dont just rep the engine but everything but thanks for the responces
