Flush Mounts CA tail light question

RE: Flush Mounts CA tail light question
Ok I mounted the ceramic resisters in the tail and the lights are working fine. Took doncollins advice and used a little heat tape to protect the plastic where i mounted them and I am good to go. This was my first attempt at sodering and it was a lot easier than I imagined; I actually pulled my conectors in the front and went back and sodered them instead. Now as soon as my pipe comes in and my rear sets get back from being coated I could put it all back together and post pics.! I hate walking the the garage and seeing a brand new bike in pieces. [:@]
On a side note has anyone worked with spray tint? I was reading on another forum where you can spray a light coat on your flushmounts to give them a tinted effect. I know the protons I have will be bright enough I just dont know where to get the stuff or how reliable it is. and If it works good I would like to do my CA Tail light (since I bought it before they started selling the new ones)
