so the under seat exhaust is my least favorite and im going to route it the same as a 1000 my question is back pressure ?? sensors i might encounter ..... and will a cover fit on a 600 to cover all of the ugly hard lines under the exhaust??? any contribution would be greatly appreciated

 

I'm surprised that you don't like the undertail exhaust. That is my favorite part of the bike as well as a lot of other peoples I think too. There are people that have done a side exit exhaust like '07rr custom side-exit exhaust!! w/PICS!! : Honda CBR 600RR Sportbike Forum : 600RR.Net and two bros side mount 2008 cbr600 : Honda CBR 600RR Sportbike Forum : 600RR.Net. As far as sensors go if you remove the O2 sensor then the will will throw a code and when you remove the EGCV it will throw a code. There are ways to fix this but it will be a hassle. You should be alright on back pressure. If you want a cover you will have to make one. I have not see any production made covers for it mainly because the majority of the people don't change the exhaust to a side exit. Hope this helps.

Mhm. Which is out under the bottom side which is what he wants right. And I know they make the cover that you would probably have to modify a little
