Does anyone know if it is possible to put a 1000 engine in a 600rr like what I need to change etc...
Anything is possible, but not everything that is possible is practical. Go buy a literbike if that is what you want.
I think you guys are missing the point. Would I do it? Probably not. But am I going to disssuade him from doing it? No.

But isn't the point of this forum to do wild and crazy stuff like this??????

Point taken....Maybe the way to go is sell the 600RR and then build the 1000RR using all high end stuff like brembo, ohlins...?

I'm thinking the 600RR chassis and suspension wouldn't know WTF to do with all the extra power and weight, and you'll end up with an extremely twitchy bike on your hands. The components bolted onto the 600RR were designed for an engine of 105-ish hp, not 160-ish. That would be my only concern.

And I agree with Fryer, selling the 600RR and building up a 1000RR with the good stuff is a great idea. THAT's a project alone, versus the hell you would go through converting the 600RR.

But that's just my two pennies in the tray.

I like the idea alot, but it's to much work IMO. If you want a 1000RR sell the other bikes and go get a nice 1000 that is ready to go.

I think your idea kicks ***! Practical, no... cost effective, no.. but really, think about it.. small nimble 600 frame that weighs nothing, with a ton of power, like, way more then it should. Sounds like a hell of a good time to me. I think your biggest problem is going to be getting the engine to sit right. Honda does tons of R&D on the exact position of the engine in the frame, cause it emits force. they try to position it so that it doesnt disturb the bike in corners or under heave acceleration... if you dont get it in right, its going to fly up like hell, and be unbalanced in corners... just make sure you wear a full suit when you take her out, and send me pictures cause im hella interested.
