Default Vortex Rear Sets and a Yosh RS-5

Well it's been a very busy and expensive week for me. My Yosh RS-5 Carbon finally arrived after 2.5 months of waiting. I also decided to get some Vortex Rear Sets as well. Neither of these installs were all that straight forward, some trial and error was required. But I'm pleased with the results.

I also decided to lose the passenger pegs. The last thing I did though was to paint the silver heat shield that sits under the black plastic heat shield. I sanded it down, cleaned it with some brake cleaner, and painted with rustoleum high heat black paint. I think it looks great, although the paint is easily scratched. I might look into a powder coating this winter.

Here's some pics...

Thanks. The PCIII is unavoidable at this point, but I'm goint to let the checking account recover a little first.

LOL I hear that! I had to sell stuff on ebay before I could spend on my bike. The only way my wife would be okay with it. It happens.
