Hey guys, I have an 06 1K and I want to remove the passenger pegs since my new seat cowl should be here this week and they wont be needed. No problemsremoving the left side, but if anyone who has done this could tell mewhat they did on the right side to remove the peg and still keep the stock exhaust heat shieldI would really appreciate it.Did youfabricate a custom bracket? If anyone has pictures of this please post them.

I did a search on this topic but didn't find much info.

i used a pre-punched metal strip to hold the guard in place
