Hi can anyone tell me, will a power commander off a 2004 CBR 600 work on a 2006 CBR1000RR. Or maybe you could recommend a site where I could find out.

 

try power commanders website... if the part numbers are different there are different connections... technically any power commander could work but the connection piece is different so that's why its important to get the right one

I had looked at the site and the part number are not the same. I didnt know that all of them had different connectors.
