RE: Powdercoating
When u get it powdercoated u have to take out all the bearings and seals which break in the process cause they r the lil needle bearings wit a crappy lip on them and r not easy to get out at all. In fact i have to go to honda to put mine back in...tried hamering the lil ones in but they were starting to bend the lips n i didnt wanna take the chance. Just gotta wait to save up a couple hundo cause i know it aint gonna b cheap, hell they wanted to charge me $120 just to take them out (i laughed then hung up on them).
I got mine powdercoated for a lil over $80 including tax in clearwater. Black wit a high gloss finish. Looks pretty damn good.

Here is an idea Sears has a Craftsman powdercoating gun that is $150 and the paint is $6 a can and you can sray the part put it in the oven for 20 min and your done. And you can use this gun to do all your parts im thinking about getting one as soon as i get the funds.

RE: Powdercoating
Rick's powder coating in Memphis does them for $75.00. Also, I removed the rubber seals and the needle bearings out of the race on one side and lined the holes with aluminium foil and had it done. When I got it back, I used cleaner to spray out any sand that was inside and replace the needles, re greased, and put the rubber seals back in. Got quite a few miles on it and no problem.
