Default Ohlins vs Stock

Could somebody explain me the diffrence between stock and Ohlins suspension? If you have the ohlins what was your first impression when you rode with them? For instance, when I rode my 06cbr1k home from the dealership, comparing to Yamaha FZ1, I used to have, I could tell that suspension is harder i could feel the little bumbs on the road,it also felt more planted to the rode and more maneureble.

most ohlins components are better quality and best suited for the track or being a poser @ bike night

How hard is it to change them? How much work involved and how long it's going to take to do the job?

should take long at all to put in, they just mount where the original equipment was. The main part is setting it to your weight and riding style. But if your not taking the bike to the track all the time you should be able to fine tune your suspension pretty well and save your $$$$$$$$$$

If I weight 180 lb what settings are the best? I don't care for comfort much, so for better performance(grip with the road while cornering or accelerating) should I change the suspension settings all the way to hard ?
