Default New Saddleman Seat

All,
Here is the latest farkle for the '08 RR, a Saddleman Sport Style seat. It seems we have a winner. Can't comment on durability but comfort versus the stock seat = . I do notice the seat puts your rear a little higher in the air which causes a little extra pressure on the wrists but the comfort level is so much nicer. Cost? $233.00. For those worried about weight, it is a little heavier. Later, JD

PS - Just for fun, image 1260 is two playmates at rest.

Nah, it looks like it but it isn't. As far as how it feels to the ****...

Thanks for letting us know; I was just looking at those the other day. Stock seat is very slippery and butt gets sore after 45 minutes. You put both on yourself? You have to staple on the cover for the passenger seat?

Sorry for the delay in responding. I've been out of town for a while. I installed the rider's seat which was no big deal. The passenger's cover was put on at a local shop and get this, the owner who did some custom work for me in a show car I owned years ago, did it for free. It took him about 20 mins. but he is 77 yrs. old. Yes, he used staples and put it directly over the stock material. Quick update - multiple 2-3 hour rides and the seat is at least 85% better than stock! Later, JD
