Default Fuel injection 34 code

Hey all. New to the forum. I have an '06 1000 RR and I just did some mods. The first mod was installing 2 BMC race air filters. I had no issues after the install. It ran fine with no error codes. I then installed a Yoshimura RS-5 exhaust. It's just the midpipe and silencer. After the install I started the bike and started getting codes for fuel injection. 3 longs and 4 shorts. I believe it's 34. I assume that I need a power commander (which is coming in two days), but I don't want to keep throwing parts at a perfectly good bike. Any ideas??? My hope is that the power commander will take care of the fuel injection issue.

I never unplugged the servo. I just tucked the cables away.

Well I took the tail apart today seeing how to lose the cables. Thanx for the help. It's much appreciated. I cannot figure out how the box comes apart to get at those cables. All of the connections seem tight for the wiring. I should be getting the power commander today and hopefully that will solve the problem. If not, I am stuck with this stupid light.

A power commander is not going to fix the light , see if this link helps.

Figured it out. What a pain. I thought I had to remove to screw on top of the servo. Turns out the plastic piece just snaps into place. Now I got an extra nut. First casualty I guess. Thanks for the help guys...
