RE: Fuel Injection
Well I don't think it needs to be replaced. Checked the battery and such..This happened once last year, it was an easy fix (didn't have to replace anything) But I wasn't there when it was done.. ..And the buddy that helped me out has managed a vanishing act.. [:@]
Any other ideas..?

Don't anyone laugh, I've done this. When I first went to pick up my 1000RR. The bike was sitting out waiting for me to pick it up from the dealer. Sales guy said "hop on it, start it up. Make sure everything's ok." I sat there turning over for 30 secs before I realized the cutoff switch wasn't enabled. Reminds me of the first rule of troubleshooting - SFS - Simple First Stupid.

RE: Fuel Injection
before yougo and buy a new fuel pump, assuming the battery is fully charged, disconnect the wiring harness to the fuel pump and just try getting the fuel pump to run that way.. I bet it's something pretty simple.. you can check the connectors etc that go to the fuel pump for corrosion, etc as well
